The practice reflects the through‑line of my career: helping others succeed, grow, and lead with clarity and confidence.
For more than 30 years, I served in senior leadership roles across top global law firms. My work centered on developing leaders, building strong teams, and supporting professionals through growth, change, and increasing responsibility. Those experiences shape my coaching today.
After retiring from my leadership role in the legal industry in 2026, I chose to continue A to B Coaching in a more intentional and paced way — partnering with a small number of senior leaders each year so I can devote my full attention to each engagement. My coaching is practical, confidential, and centered on meeting leaders where they are. I help clients clarify goals, strengthen presence, navigate transitions, and move forward with purpose.
